Avengers: Infinity War projected 1 billion by Friday

Avengers: Infinity War has officially broken the record for the Biggest Box Office Debut ever. Already breaking the estimated money they were hoping to bring in, the newest addition to the Avengers universe is making history.

Rounding up a estimate of 258.2 million dollars for the US. Not only that but they have also raked in an additional 382.7 million from international showings. This put the grand total at 640.9 million dollars, putting Disney past the billion dollar mark in annual sales of tickets quicker than any other industry.

Making 2 million more in the next two days, Avengers: Infinity War has now officially made 800 million dollars within the first 5 days of it’s release, the movie is projected to break 1 billion dollars by May 4th.

Avengers officially tied Star Wars: The Force Awakens, at 3.5 million within the first three days, for fastest film through the threshold. It has since then beat the record.

With the expected income of 1 billion by Friday, Avengers: Infinity War is in the running to becomes one of the most ambitious films to hit theatres.
